About Legacy Girls Basketball
Our Story
Legacy Girls Basketball began with one coach, one daughter, and a passion for helping young girls grow.
What started with Coach Levon volunteering and training his daughter through several seasons in the City of Peoria Recreation League quickly became something much greater. As he spent time working with young athletes, he discovered that basketball could do more than teach dribbling, shooting, and defense. It could build confidence, friendships, resilience, and character.
Inspired by the joy of serving the community and watching players develop both on and off the court, Legacy Girls Basketball was created to provide every girl with an opportunity to learn, compete, and grow in a positive environment where she feels supported, encouraged, and valued.
Today, our commitment remains the same, helping young women discover their potential while creating memories and relationships that last a lifetime.
